Both official transcripts and unofficial transcripts can be released to students upon request. 成绩单 are released only on written authorization or electronic authorization (via the 横幅资讯系统) of the student whose records are requested. Although a copy of the transcript may be requested at any time, updated transcripts will be available after final grades have been submitted and recorded.
成绩单 contain a student’s entire academic history while at SPU.

To view an unofficial transcript, students can access the 横幅资讯系统 and select the “Student Menu” then “Academic Records Menu” then “Unofficial Transcript.” Unofficial transcripts are free of charge.
